“Japanese restaurant Ukita” is located within the premises of Furuya Ryokan, though non-guests may also savor the cuisine served here. Since we exclusively use authentic Kaiseki cuisine ingredients, preparations for these quality dishes will require some time. Therefore, we can only accept advance reservations. This Japanese-style restaurant is for group guests only. We cannot serve individual guests.
